We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns within 60 days of your receiving the item no matter where you live.

United States / Canada: For those of you in the United States and Canada, the return is free of charge - click on the link HERE to get started.

Outside of the United States: People outside the US are also welcome to return their item, though we can't offer exchanges. Jewelry items can also be returned or exchanged within 60 days, but it is at the discretion of the Vela Jewels Team to decide if the item is fit to be exchanged or refunded. Processing returns and exchanges usually takes 3-5 days, and it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
